Registration Notes & Discounts
Registration is confirmed only after all required information has been completed and payment has been successfully processed.
If your payment is delayed due to internal approval processes, please contact the secretariat to secure your registration.
For group registrations (5 or more participants), please contact the secretariat for discount inquiries.
If your payment exceeds the credit card limit, registration can be completed via bank transfer and tax invoice issuance.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Until May 7 (Thu): 100% refund
Until May 18 (Mon): 50% refund
From May 19 (Tue) onward and in case of no-show: No refund
